Terms of use

The service

YouComing, operated by Demance, helps padel players find each other and coordinate games. It is a coordination tool, not a booking system.

Courts and payments

YouComing does not book courts or take payments. Court availability comes from clubs and providers such as FOYS, Playtomic and MATCHi. Bookings, payments, cancellations and refunds are between you and the club or provider, under their terms. A session marked "Booked" means its organiser says they reserved a court elsewhere.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 and give accurate details.
• Be respectful. No harassment, spam or fake sessions.
• Players arrange games among themselves; we are not responsible for no-shows or what happens on court.

Ending your account

You can stop using YouComing at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@youcoming.app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability and law

The service is provided as is. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
