Who we are
YouComing is operated by Demance. Questions or requests about your data: support@youcoming.app.
What we collect
- Account details: email address, name, photo and padel level you enter.
- Optional phone number, visible only to players who added you as a favorite.
- City waitlist: email, phone number, chosen city and, if you tick it, permission to contact you about helping organize games. Used only to tell you when YouComing launches in that city. Withdraw any time via the link in your confirmation email.
- Your device location while the app is open, to show nearby clubs and distances. Other players only see you on the map if you turn on "Show me on the map" (off by default).
- Sessions, availability, messages and community posts you create.
- Booking messages you paste in, so we can fill in a session for you.
- Usage data: pages viewed, clicks, errors and session recordings with typed text hidden. Session view counts use your account or a random ID stored in your browser — not your IP address.
Services we use
Our app hosting and database, PostHog (analytics, EU), Resend (email), Mapbox (maps), Google Places (club details), Google and Apple (if you sign in with them), an AI service (to read booking messages we can't recognise), Vercel (website hosting), and FOYS, Playtomic and MATCHi (court availability).
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as you have an account; usage and error data for up to 12 months. After you ask us to delete your account we remove your personal data within 30 days.
Your choices and rights
You can view and edit your profile, hide yourself from the map and remove your phone number at any time. To access, correct, export or delete your data, email support@youcoming.app. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Age
You must be at least 16 to use YouComing.
